Measure & plan
We study the home, access, grade, drainage and how the space needs to function.

Paver installation, built to last
Custom paver patios, walkways and borders built for Colorado soil and freeze-thaw cycles.
The complete scope
A premium paver patio should feel connected to the home, drain correctly and stay beautiful through Colorado’s temperature swings. Nikao plans the full system—from excavation and base preparation to edge restraint, joint sand and the final grade.
How the work comes together
We study the home, access, grade, drainage and how the space needs to function.
Excavation, compaction and base preparation create the structure beneath the finish.
Pavers, cuts, borders, restraint and jointing are installed with disciplined finish work.

Built for the Front Range
A Front Range project has to manage seasonal movement, sun exposure, runoff and the conditions already present on the property. Nikao evaluates the visible design and the site work required beneath it as one scope.
These communities receive priority scheduling. Larger projects throughout the Denver metro and Colorado Front Range—including north of Denver—are welcome for review.
